The Nike KD 14 EP ‘Essential’ enlivens the engineered mesh upper of Kevin Durant’s signature shoe with an abstract print made up of black textile overlays. Midfoot lockdown is provided by a one-piece adjustable strap inspired by the Nike Air Presto, featuring an elongated Swoosh that nods to the Bruin, one of Nike’s earliest basketball models. Lightweight cushioning comes courtesy of a Cushlon midsole and full-length Zoom Air strobel. This EP version utilizes an extra-durable rubber outsole designed for play on outdoor courts.
