Nike Mens Air Max 90 Running Shoes

Nike collaborated with Ken Griffey Jr. to create the Air Max 90 Griffey Swingman sneakers. Part-inspired by baseball and the Seattle Mariners, various hues and embellishments accent the upper. The collar displays an ornate stitch that resembles the stitch found on a baseball. The panels mix together a base with quarter panels and mudguards. Callbacks to Junior's former team - the Seattle Mariners - shine through in the lining and the Northwest Green used throughout. The latter also appears on the tongue label and insole whose matching graphic is complemented by Junior's iconic backwards cap. The sneakers were released on June 25, 2021 at a retail price of $130.
