The Air Jordan 6 Retro Slam Dunk was made available as a part of the collaboration between Takehiko Inoue and Nike’s Air Jordan brand. The shoe comes in a Varsity Red/Varsity Red-white colorway and features clear lace locks as accessories. The Air Jordan 6 Retro Slam Dunk release arrives in an all-red upper with white highlights. The rear of the sneaker reveals the number 10 jersey number appearing in white and red, paying homage to the anime series' protagonist—other parts of the upper showcase subtle anime elements with perforated panels spreading throughout the upper. Semi-translucent heel tab, toggle accessory, bright red laces, and a silky silver tongue are the top features of the shoe. The Air Jordan 6 Retro Slam Dunk was released on November 1st, 2014, at a retail price of $250.
